The private venue alternative to a crowded party boat.
BOOK YOUR DAYHalf-day sessions from $1,200 · Up to 10 guests

Planning a bachelor party in Austin usually funnels everyone into the same three options: rent a party boat, book a bar, or pile into an Airbnb with a dock. The Drift Deck is a fourth option. And it's the one that actually matches what the weekend is supposed to feel like.
Book a half-day or full day on a private Lake Travis dock and the entire deck is yours. No captain sitting two feet from the groom. No other groups rafted up next to you. Three personal watercraft ready to go from your own dock. The crew, the water, and a real place to land in between rides.
On a charter you get on, you stay on. Here you ride when you feel like it, take a beer break on the deck, grill a burger, and hop back on whenever.
Party boats quote you one price and then tack on 20% gratuity, a fuel surcharge, and sometimes a cooler fee. The Drift Deck is one flat rate that covers the whole day.
Most charter boats have a small canopy over the driver and a plastic bench. You get a shaded private deck with couches, a 65-inch TV for the game, a Napoleon Prestige grill, a food prep counter, a microwave, a full-size fridge, an ice maker, and a clean full-size bathroom on site.
Twenty boats blasting twenty different playlists in a packed Lake Travis cove on a Saturday is a real thing. You have your own dock and a real sound system on the deck.
Anyone in your group who's qualified drives the watercraft. Your host handles setup, safety, and launch, then stays out of the way for the rest of the session.
Swim ladder on the dock and a few floaties to grab. Lay out on them between rides or paddle around with a beer.
Instead of coordinating a lake house, a jet ski rental, and a separate grill-out plan, everything lives at the same address.
No towing trailers. No hauling coolers down a flight of stairs. No gas runs before the groom wakes up.
You show up, you leave, you're done. Nothing on your list when the session ends.
No single friend gets roped into captaining all day while everyone else drinks.

A private dock on Lake Travis. About 30 to 40 minutes northwest of downtown Austin. Full address and arrival instructions are sent with your booking confirmation.
Your host checks IDs at the meeting point 30 minutes before your session and walks your group down to the dock together.
Can we bring our own alcohol?
Yes, BYOB is welcome. The fridge and ice maker are yours to stock. Drivers of the watercraft need to stay sober while operating, same as a boat.
Does the groom need a boater license?
Anyone born after September 1, 1993 needs a Texas Parks and Wildlife boater safety certificate to drive a watercraft. It's a free online course. Passengers don't need it. See the requirements page for specifics.
Can we stay past our session?
Your window is the session you book. If you want a longer block, go with the full-day option (10am to 7pm, with a one-hour mid-day break at 2pm).
Better than a boat. Better than a bar. A private venue on Lake Travis built to give the groom a real send-off, without any of the logistical headaches that usually define this weekend.
