BOATER SAFETY COURSE

Required for drivers born after Sept 1, 1993

Texas law requires anyone born after Sept 1, 1993 to complete a boater safety course before operating a jet ski. Riding as a passenger is fine without it. But if we catch a switch—even once—the entire group is done. It's illegal, it's unsafe, and it's an automatic shutdown.

WAIVERS

Every guest—drivers and passengers—must sign a liability waiver before stepping on a jet ski. Waivers are handled digitally at check-in by our crew.
